Autumn at Meramec Springs (HDR)

@Kylie Greenan: Thank you Kylie! I am so pleased when I am able to please you! In the late 1800's and early 1900's they used to mine iron ore in what is now Meramec State Park. This view is the remains of an ore pit where they literally dug away the side of a hill. I was standing on top of the hill looking into the pit.
